Job title: Entrepreneur Selection Analyst - Brazil (Hybrid)

About the Role Join Endeavor's Global Selection Team in Brazil to identify and support high-potential entrepreneurs and scale-ups. You will manage the end-to-end selection process and help entrepreneurs address growth challenges through structured analysis and access to mentors.

What You'll Do

• Search for and select companies for Endeavor's Entrepreneur Selection programs, evaluating businesses against the selection criteria.
• Support entrepreneurs with growth challenges (Culture and People Management; Access to Capital and Fundraising; Growth and Sales; Product), connecting them with mentors and experts.
• Lead, manage and operationalize the Entrepreneur Selection process, ensuring a high-quality entrepreneurial experience throughout the evaluation.
• Study different markets (Healthcare, Financial Services, Smart Cities, etc.) and business models (Marketplace, SaaS, Consumer) and build the selection theses for candidate companies.
• Develop in-depth materials summarizing each company's profile and momentum, diving deep into strategies and market context.
• Perform financial analyses on key financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) with support from mentor network.
• Manage the portfolio of companies (selection pipeline) ensuring process progress and consistency through the funnel.
• Build and maintain trusted, high-quality relationships with candidates, mentors, and Endeavor entrepreneurs.
• Ensure knowledge is internalized and shared across the organization.
• Contribute to process improvements in Endeavor's Entrepreneur Selection area.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant experience and a completed higher education degree.
• Advanced English (written, reading, speaking).
• Knowledge of business and passion for entrepreneurship.
• Adaptability and analytical ability to assess diverse markets, sectors, metrics, and business models, and to diagnose operational bottlenecks.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with entrepreneurs and high-level networks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in scale-ups or organizations supporting this audience (VCs, accelerators).
• Coursework or specialization in financial analysis.
• Prior entrepreneurial experience.
