What You Will Do

• Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations within the entertainment industry, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative legal strategies that address complex issues in media, intellectual property, and entertainment law.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client service delivery and drive business growth.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the entertainment landscape.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 8+ years of experience in entertainment law or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
• Proven track record in managing high-stakes negotiations and complex legal transactions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on strategic problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred

• Experience working with diverse entertainment clients, including film studios, production companies, or talent agencies.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in digital media and technology as they relate to entertainment law.
• A robust network within the entertainment industry that can be leveraged for business development.

Compensation and Benefits
