About the Role The Entertainer is responsible for programming and delivering entertainment activities following Melia's standards, with a focus on guest satisfaction. This role involves promoting and executing sports, wellbeing/wellness, and artistic programs, coordinating resources to ensure excellence, and supporting the supervisor with the established Sensory Architecture for their areas. You will also know and promote the hotel's services, facilities, entertainment program, experiences and events. What You'll Do
- Promote and execute sports, wellbeing/wellness, and artistic programs according to established standards.
- Deliver each service following standards and protocols, coordinating the resources necessary for excellence.
- Support your supervisor with the established Sensory Architecture for your areas.
- Know and promote the hotel's services and facilities, as well as the entertainment program, experiences and events. What We're Looking For
- Ability to promote and realize sporting, wellbeing/wellness and artistic programs per standards.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Skill in coordinating resources and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and entertainment programs. Nice to Have
