Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the Role The role focuses on creating exceptional architectural solution designs and thought leadership to enable delivery teams and maximize client engagement and satisfaction. You will develop enterprise-wide architectures for new deals and major change requests, influence investment roadmaps, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business outcomes. What You'll Do

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests; create an enterprise-wide architecture that is scalable, reliable, and manageable.
• Provide solutioning for RFPs and ensure design assurance; develop a portfolio of to-be-solutions; analyze technology environment and client requirements to set a collaboration solution design framework.
• Provide technical leadership to the design, development and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology; define current state and target state solutions, including options & tradeoffs; document and sell architectural targets and reusable patterns; propose investment roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem; work with IT groups to transition tasks, monitor performance, and resolve issues; perform detailed documentation of the architecture and solution; validate prototypes from technology, cost, and customer differentiation standpoints.
• Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions; collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions with architecture; track industry and application trends and relate to current and future IT needs.
• Provide technical and strategic input during project planning; review objectives and constraints for conformance with Enterprise Architecture; identify risks and mitigations; ensure architecture principles and standards are applied consistently; support pre-sales and client engagement with the full solution design.
• Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks; build relationships with executives, product owners, and other stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor; establish KPIs/SLAs and manage multiple projects; ensure quality assurance of architecture decisions and provide mitigation support to delivery teams.
• Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability to win client confidence and act as a trusted advisor. What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and governance across complex deals and changes.
• Ability to lead design efforts, engage with executive stakeholders, and translate business outcomes into scalable technology solutions.
• Proficiency in RFP solutioning, pre-sales support, risk management, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with creating POCs, white papers, demos, and thought leadership content; mentoring developers and junior architects.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks, automation, and reuse of architectural patterns. Nice to Have
• Experience delivering POCs and demos for new growth areas based on market and customer research.
• Market-facing thought leadership, analyst recognition, client testimonials, or partner credits.
