About the Role A high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager will drive hunting and closing new business in the MENA region for Signzy's SaaS solutions, focusing on the Abu Dhabi/UAE/Dubai market. The role requires building relationships, presenting Signzy's value proposition, and delivering tailored solutions to enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and identify new business leads through various channels.
  • Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with prospects, build relationships, and conduct needs assessments.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explain Signzy’s value proposition.
  • Customize solutions based on client needs and provide proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with potential clients.
  • Close deals and secure new business contracts.
  • Manage the post-sale process, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and assess clients needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
