Enterprise Project Manager (Hybrid)

We're hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive Project Management experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives
• Experience with:
• Jira Administration and Advanced Usage
• Confluence Administration and Documentation Governance
• Infrastructure and Cloud Migration
• Vendor Management
• Managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1M in total project value

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with:
• SharePoint Administration
• Azure DevOps
• Medicaid and Healthcare
• Microsoft Power Platform
• State and Federal government experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT Infrastructure & Operations projects, including network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation to ensure successful project delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership for assigned projects
• Utilize Jira to manage project execution, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and provide program updates

Education/Certifications:

• PMP Certified

Preferred Certifications:

• ACP
• SAFe
• Scrum

Ideal Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations projects, with a strong background in cloud migration and cybersecurity. They should possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and stakeholders. A PMP certification is required, and experience with Jira and Confluence is essential.

• The salary range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000.
