About the Role Accenture’s Enterprise Operating Model practice partners with Boards, CEOs, and other C‑Suite Leaders to co-create future ways of working. In this role you will engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges, design future‑proof, agile operating models, and lead enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization. You will work across technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics to deliver end‑to‑end solutions and help clients reinvent how they operate.
What You'll Do
- Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges, evaluate actionable solutions, and map the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
- Design future‑proof, agile, and resilient operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.
- Build organizations from the top down and bottom up using leading methodologies and digital tools; innovate advanced shared services as a key enabler.
- Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation to optimization; bridge functions and integrate across the enterprise.
- Integrate across Accenture to bring best thinking in technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics as a true end‑to‑end partner.
- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Develop relationships with clients as a trusted expert and influencer with a long‑term mindset.
- Harvest and build thought leadership, assets and best practices.
- Mentor junior members of the team and foster an inclusive, diverse environment.
- Travel as required (80%–100%).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of: Organization Strategy & Design; Operating Model Strategy & Design; Shared Services Strategy & Design; Client Relationship Building and Management; Value Architecture & Realization; Storytelling; Data analysis & insights generation.
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the Energy industry; MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Also desirable: Leadership Strategy/Development; Job and Role Design; End‑to‑end enterprise or function transformation implementation; Strategic Cost Reduction; Growth Strategy; M&A; Private Equity; Managed Service Providers; Digital organization design tools; Digital Transformation – robotic process automation, generative AI, Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Energy industry consulting experience; advanced degree; OrgVue or other digital organization design tools; experience with generative AI and agile delivery approaches.
Compensation & Benefits
- Role Location Annual Salary Range: California $87,400 to $253,000; Cleveland $87,400 to $253,000; Colorado $87,400 to $253,000; District of Columbia $87,400 to $253,000; Illinois $87,400 to $253,000. Total compensation includes medical, dental, vision, life, and long‑term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
