About the Role UCSF Health seeks a visionary healthcare executive to serve as Enterprise Leader for Perioperative Transformation, a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding system-wide transformation across surgical operations, education, and workforce development. This position partners directly with senior perioperative leadership to shape long-range planning, optimize organizational structures, and drive innovation in perioperative care delivery across UCSF campuses. The Enterprise Leader will lead initiatives that elevate surgical outcomes, standardize education, and foster collaboration across clinical teams, academic departments, and external partners, advancing UCSF’s mission of excellence in academic medicine and patient-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Lead system-wide transformation initiatives across perioperative operations, education, and workforce development.
- Partner with senior perioperative leadership to shape long-range planning, optimize organizational structures, and drive innovation in perioperative care delivery across UCSF campuses.
- Elevate surgical outcomes, standardize education, and foster collaboration across clinical teams, academic departments, and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in nursing leadership with a focus on Perioperative Services
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and large-scale transformation projects within an academic medical center setting
