About the Role Zurich Capability Center is hiring a Power BI Specialist (Enterprise Data Specialist, Power BI) to develop data visualizations and data pipelines, and to contribute to the execution of the broader data visualization and data pipeline strategy for the Data & Analytics teams. What You'll Do
- Elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders to determine data visualization needs.
- Design and develop visually compelling dashboards using Power BI based on technical requirements.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams on data collection and data needs.
- Lead analysis of requirements to determine feasibility, scope, and potential risks to business units and other systems or products.
- Partner with analytics experts, data SMEs, and Data Engineers to pipeline data using Azure data services.
- Support data validations, implementation, and training activities throughout the process. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Data Management, or High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in Data Management, and experience in data interrogation, data profiling, or data modeling.
- Experience in data visualization and BI concepts; Power BI proficiency is implied by the role. Nice to Have
- Experience in Data Visualization.
