About the Role The Enterprise Architect will lead the creation of exceptional architectural solution designs and thought leadership to enable delivery teams to deliver high-quality client engagements. This role focuses on scalable, reliable, and well-governed solutions across deals and major change requests, aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests; create an enterprise-wide architecture that ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable.
• Provide RFP solutioning and design assurance; define direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions including systems, shared infrastructure services, and applications to better match business outcomes.
• Analyze technology environment and client requirements to set a collaboration solution design framework and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to design, development and implementation of custom solutions through modern technology.
• Define current-state solutions and identify improvements, options, and tradeoffs to define target-state solutions.
• Articulate, document and sell architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns; propose investment roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem; collaborate with IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance and resolve issues.
• Document architecture artifacts; validate solutions/prototypes from technology and cost perspectives.
• Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and propose relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture; track industry and application trends.
• Provide technical and strategic input during project planning; develop technical designs and recommendations.
• Review objectives and constraints with stakeholders to ensure conformance with Enterprise Architecture.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; ensure quality assurance and provide technical mitigation support.
• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise framework and artefacts; establish architecture standards.
• Build relationships with executives, product owners, peer architects, and other stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Define and monitor KPI/SLA metrics to drive results; manage multiple projects and report status.
• Identify technical, process, and structural risks and prepare risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure client engagement excellence; support pre-sales teams while presenting the solution design to clients.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and strong technical capability to win client confidence.
• Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects; contribute to the architecture practice.

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture with a strong portfolio of scalable, integrated solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical directions, document architecture artefacts, and communicate with executives and clients.
• Experience with RFPs, pre-sales support, and driving architectural decisions in deals.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration across sales, delivery, and consulting teams, and ability to reconcile business needs with architecture.
• Track record of building and maintaining enterprise frameworks and reusable patterns; ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to clients and thought leadership forums.
• Relevant certifications and commitment to ongoing training as reflected in the role.
