About the Role You will be a technology leader in Accenture’s Enterprise Architecture practice, serving FS Insurance clients. The role leads large-scale, strategic architecture programs, defines target architectures and roadmaps, and acts as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to drive business value. What You'll Do
- Lead definition and delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise architectures and operating models
- Apply deep Technology Strategy and EA experience to architect client technology solutions
- Facilitate senior client stakeholders and align with business strategy to drive transformation
- Identify, define, and build leading EA capabilities, roles, processes, and skills
- Lead design/implementation of EA strategies, roadmaps, governance, and transformation milestones
- Assess impact of business strategy on architecture across organization, information, infrastructure, and applications
- articulate phases of architecture transformation journey and implications
- Travel as needed up to 80% What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating roadmaps and business cases
- Minimum 3 years of technology/architecture consulting at a consulting firm
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations
- Deep expertise in technology’s impact on a specific industry and its implications for EA
- Bachelor's Degree Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Enterprise Architecture industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF or similar)
