Micro1 is seeking an Enterprise AI Workflow Expert to join our remote team. This role focuses on designing, building, and operating advanced multi-tool AI workflows that integrate with core business systems and productivity tools. You will work at the intersection of AI agents and practical business processes, enabling seamless data-driven automation across teams and functions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate multi-tool agentic workflows that involve AI agents integrated with productivity tools and business systems
- Connect data sources, configure permission and authentication, and ensure secure and scalable integrations
- Act as a hands-on workflow builder, going beyond end-user use to create repeatable, scalable AI-powered processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into implementable workflows across tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Monitor and optimize workflows for reliability, performance, and business impact
- Stay current with AI automation trends and best practices to continually enhance workflow capabilities
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a similar domain where AI agents are regularly used in workflows
- Proven ability to connect data sources, configure permissions/authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems
- Hands-on experience as a workflow builder, not just an end user, demonstrated by designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows with tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
