About this role

Job title: Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Mon Ami, you aren’t just selling software — you are navigating the complex machinery of government and other large enterprises to modernize life-sustaining services. You will own a dedicated territory of accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner of multi-million-dollar, long-term relationships with agencies like State Departments of Aging and Departments of Health. You’ll handle the entire lifecycle: first cold outreach and discovery, IT security reviews, and final procurement negotiations.

What You'll Do

  • Full-cycle sales management: Lead large sales deals from initial meeting through planning and final close.
  • Strategic market and account insight: Conduct deep-dive investigative research into budget cycles, political priorities, and technical requirements of government buyers to position and advance deals.
  • Relationship navigation: Identify and meet with state leadership to understand evolving priorities, contract targets, and legislative hurdles.
  • Negotiation and commitment: Create tailored proposals and lead complex negotiations to secure long-term commitment for Mon Ami services.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Customer Support, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into technical reality.
  • CRM leadership: Maintain high data integrity within the CRM, using it to track complex interactions and create dashboards that report on territory health.
  • Lifecycle management: Manage discovery, IT security reviews, and procurement negotiations as part of a full-cycle sale.

What We're Looking For

  • Enterprise sales experience: 5+ years in high-stakes enterprise, government, healthcare, or similarly complex deals, with a proven track record managing $500k+ contracts.
  • Sophisticated procurement: Adept at navigating government procurement processes involving IT security reviews, legal departments, and procurement hurdles.
  • Strategic investigator: Analytical skills to perform deep investigative work into account structures, existing contracts, and budget cycles.
  • Exceptional communicator: Equally comfortable speaking with frontline staff and executive decision-makers across organizational levels.
  • Mission-driven: Drawn to solving problems for public servants dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and people with disabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Benefits: Health insurance, 15 days PTO (20 days after year two), and sick leave. 401K, disability insurance, FSA, and HSA. Generous paid family leave. The opportunity to do work that matters with a team that treats one another with respect and kindness.
