Enrollment Operations Coordinator
The Enrollment Operations Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and analytical support for the Office of Enrollment Management. The position assists with enrollment-related processes, data management, reporting, budget tracking, travel administration, and system maintenance. Utilizing platforms such as Slate, and CUNYfirst, the Coordinator supports departmental operations through accurate recordkeeping, report preparation, process coordination, and fiscal support, while helping ensure effective service delivery and efficient use of departmental resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support enrollment planning and operational decision-making.
- Compile, organize, and analyze enrollment, financial, and operational data to support departmental assessment and planning efforts.
- Support budget administration activities, including expenditure tracking, reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and report preparation.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to operational efficiency, resource utilization, and enrollment-related outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity across enterprise systems, including Slate, CUNYfirst, CUNY Work, and other institutional applications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and related documentation for departmental staff.
- Maintain records related to procurement, invoices, contracts, and financial transactions in accordance with College and University procedures.
- Assist with special projects involving reporting, data management, process improvement, and system-related initiatives.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for departmental leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or enterprise systems such as CRM, student information, or financial systems.

Counsels students, staff and faculty on academic registration, admissions, testing, and related processing

Ensures compliance with college, Federal, and New York State regulations and policies

Creates and updates content for web pages, bulletins, and other media to ensure effective communications to students and campus community

May supervise clerical and/or part-time staff and coordinate work schedules

$61,525- $68,470;Salary commensurate with education and experience.
