Yomfield Nursery and Primary School is located at Tejumola Estate, opposite Police post, Obantoko, Abeokuta, Ogun State. It was founded in September 1996 with the main motive of providing educational services to all Nigerians, At the moment there is a Daycare unit along with the Nursery and Primary sections. It is a day school primarily established with a view to bringing children up to cradle through the play way method as a route to other methods in order to prepare them for future roles in the society.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: English Teacher

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Teaching specialized subject(s) to students in designated classes.
• Attending to all assigned classes regularly and punctually.
• Conducting class tests, periodic tests, practical/projects, homework etc on a regular basis and marking all exercise books while proper records obtained by students are kept as continuous assessment.
• Involvement in the conduct of afternoon session classes for students at designated times on the time-table.

Requirements

• Must possess at least B.Sc., B.Ed. in English or relatedfields from reputable institutions.
• Must possess at least 1 year cognate experience teaching specialized subject.
• Possess at least 1 year experience working as an Science tutor.
• Sound understanding of the Science primary school curriculum
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
