Manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions, organizations, products, or value chains.

What You Will Do:

• Lead maintenance and repair activities covering machines, buildings, utilities, cleaning, and sanitation services, including electrical, water, compressed air, sewage, air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers, cranes, hoists, roofs, and roads; establish appropriate maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with staff engineers on the installation, rearrangement, and modification of electrical, mechanical, material-handling systems, facilities, and miscellaneous equipment, while minimizing interruption to production.
• Direct emergency and preventive maintenance repairs supporting the entire facility; assess equipment condition, identify replacement needs, monitor essential spare parts, and coordinate OEM support.
• Coordinate staff activities and maintenance priorities across three shifts to minimize interruptions to critical operations and support all maintenance activities.
• Lead and organize emergency troubleshooting to support 100% on-time delivery.
• New AC Dyno Project Introduction. Lead AC dynamometer system specification, design review, supplier selection and technical evaluation. Support new test cell construction, equipment installation and commissioning.
• AC Dyno System Operation & Maintenance. Own overall reliability and performance of AC dynamometer systems. Develop preventive maintenance strategy and maintenance standards. Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Problem Solving. Lead root cause analysis for complex equipment failures. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, controls and communication related faults. Support emergency troubleshooting and system recovery. Analyze alarms, trends and system logs. Develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Technical Leadership. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to facilities technicians and engineers. Establish best practices and engineering standards. Support global technology transfer and new capability development.
• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.

You Will Have:

• Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
• Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect, and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or above: Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial equipment engineering. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AC dynamometer systems.

• Experience in engine testing, powertrain testing or laboratory facilities preferred.

• Experience leading equipment installation and commissioning projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop cooperative working relationships inside and outside the department.

• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in completing complex projects under time and budget constraints, with strong safety and quality deliverables.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for timely and effective communication with peers, team members, and management.

• Good written English and reading ability.

• This position requires working onsite five days a week.
