About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions seeks to support clients in attracting engineering and technology professionals. The role operates in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office, and on-site sessions may be required for planning, refining, and training (these periods could last up to one week). In the future, clients may decide to be 100% onsite. What You'll Do
- Support clients in attracting engineering and technology professionals, enhancing talent attraction capabilities.
- Provide consulting services to technology companies in IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Collaborate with client teams and participate in on-site planning/refinement sessions when required. What We're Looking For
- Experience in technology talent attraction or engineering recruitment.
- Ability to work in hybrid/remote environments and accommodate on-site days when necessary.
- Strong customer focus and consultancy mindset. Nice to Have
- Intermediate English.
