About the Role Engineering Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide technical support and leadership to project teams at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This role supports engineering efforts across programs and ensures alignment with program requirements and Air Force oversight.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical guidance and SME-level support on engineering initiatives at WPAFB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver engineering solutions.
- Assist with requirements definitions, design reviews, and integration activities.
- Support on-site operations at Wright-Patterson AFB and coordinate with government stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an engineering SME in defense/aerospace or related programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB and travel if required.
