About the Role Databricks is hiring engineers to help build and scale the Databricks Platform for data and AI applications. You’ll work closely with researchers to develop and deploy production-quality AI systems and contribute to open source initiatives. Roles are available worldwide across Engineering teams and R&D centers.

- Ship features used by thousands of enterprises within weeks of writing the code.
- Collaborate with industry leaders in data and AI, including our founders.
- Operate with a strong sense of autonomy, driving initiatives from zero through completion.
- Contribute to open-source ideas, code, and best LLM libraries shared with the world.
- Work with researchers to develop and leverage cutting-edge technologies and make them accessible to thousands of customers.
