The Role: As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support Clear Street’s global growth strategy. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Business, Operations, and senior stakeholders to drive execution across multiple teams, ensure alignment on priorities, manage dependencies, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. This role requires a strong combination of project management discipline, technical fluency, business judgment, and stakeholder management. You will help teams translate strategic objectives into executable plans, remove blockers, improve delivery processes, and ensure that critical initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
