About the Role Own the full project lifecycle for software engineering initiatives—from business requirements and technical design through development, QA, and launch—within Apple’s Customer Experience Engineering team. You will coordinate across globally distributed teams and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to deliver solutions that power customer support apps used by millions. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects, managing the full lifecycle from initiation through launch
- Define and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risks
- Serve as the primary point of contact across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and operations teams for smooth and timely execution
- Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, dependencies, and change management
- Drive collaboration across globally distributed, time-zone diverse teams
- Facilitate effective communication between business and engineering teams to resolve issues What We're Looking For
- Master of Business Administration
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Engineering Project or Program management
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid delivery methodologies, and associated tooling (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent) Nice to Have
- Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in globally distributed, time-zone diverse team environments
- Good understanding of GenAI tool usage in all phases of SDLC & be able to apply to Project/Program Management
- Technical background in software engineering with the ability to understand and articulate technical implications of project decisions
