What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the engineering team for industrial fastener products, overseeing product design, development, process optimization, and technical support to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- Support project management, schedule, and resource planning; guide implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles as applicable.
- Drive product innovation based on market needs and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automation, or related engineering disciplines (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of engineering/R&D/process management experience in manufacturing; preference for candidates from fastener or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial fastener product design, manufacturing processes, and relevant standards; proven experience in product development and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems; relevant project experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; good command of written and spoken English for technical communication.
- Strong sense of innovation and market awareness; ability to drive product innovation based on market needs.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and alignment with company values.

- Master’s degree preferred.
