The role combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering to drive innovation, reliability, and performance across Teradyne's test instrumentation. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and robust software for next-generation test instrumentation. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a software development team focused on digital instruments for Teradyne’s flagship platforms.
- Drive software engineering best practices, architecture, and development roadmap in collaboration with product and hardware teams.
- Ensure high-quality software deliverables, on-time releases, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, product management, test) to deliver integrated solutions. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering complex software for hardware-intensive products (digital instruments) or related domains.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with software development lifecycle, architectures, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of test instrumentation, digital instruments, or Teradyne platforms is a plus.
