Job Description:

Manage, oversee, and review engineering and design activities to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.
Develop effective engineering solutions in accordance with specified technical requirements.
Ensure all engineering and design activities comply with applicable national and international technical standards.
Lead technical discussions and deliver presentations to Project Management Leaders, clients, and relevant third parties.
Contribute to long-term Research & Development strategies in collaboration with founders and executive management.
Develop, assess, and ensure the effective implementation of internal company policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain an operational culture that promotes high performance, teamwork, effective communication, consistent results, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience, or 7 years for candidates holding a Master’s degree.
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership position.
Experience working with electrical-focused national or multinational EPC / contracting companies.
Strong technical expertise in Solar PV / PLTS / PVSyst, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) — mandatory, VSD, UPS, Inverter systems, Power Systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, Medium Voltage (MV) systems, ETAP, and electrical standards including IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA, PUIL, SPLN, and SNI.
