- Drive scalable architecture, code quality, and release processes to support rapid growth. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams with a track record of delivering customer-facing features.
- Strong background in systems that handle catalog data, data pipelines, or enrichment workflows.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills; ability to operate across product and engineering disciplines. Nice to Have
- Experience with Instacart's tech stack or large-scale data platforms.
- Experience working in hybrid/remote teams and influencing across organizations.
