- 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams;
- Strong hands-on experience with backend development and distributed systems;
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable and reliable production systems;
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, testing, CI/CD, and system reliability;
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with Product and other business functions.
