What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, balancing leadership with hands-on contribution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand domain needs and translate them into software solutions.
- Design and ship AI-powered workflows, moving beyond deterministic systems.
- Collaborate across squads to build agentic workflows and LLM-integrated features on our Ruby on Rails + React stack.
- Help shape architecture, engineering culture, and processes to deliver impact at scale.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an engineering manager or senior technical lead who can stay hands-on.
- Ability to grow engineers, partner with the business, and translate domain insights into product direction.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and practical experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Interest or experience in AI-powered features, LLMs, and probabilistic systems.
- Track record of delivering shipping-focused products that matter to users.

- Comfort solving hard problems in a fast-paced environment and influencing product decisions.
