Engineering Manager – Design & Calibration
The Engineering Manager – Design & Calibration is responsible for leading the combustion design & Performance of internal combustion engines and aftertreatment systems calibrations into agricultural machinery, including tractors and related off-highway products. This role ensures engine to meet performance, emissions, durability, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability requirements while complying with global regulatory standards. The position provides technical and people leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and works cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supplier Engineering, and global powertrain partners to deliver robust and competitive solutions across multiple platforms and regions.
