About the Role
Valtech's Engineering Manager - AI Specialist leads end-to-end AI transformation and operational excellence for a luxury, international client. The role blends AI strategy with delivery leadership to move initiatives from proof-of-concept to production-grade capabilities and integrate AI across delivery pillars.
What You'll Do
- Lead Valtech's end-to-end AI transformation and operational excellence for the client account.
- Define, orchestrate, and execute AI initiatives, ensuring they move from POC to industrialized, production-grade capabilities delivering tangible value.
- In close coordination with the AI Transformation Program Manager, ensure AI-driven transformation is embedded across the four core pillars of delivery: Agile Operating Model, Engineering Quality & Testing, Production & Support.
- Beyond AI, actively drive innovation and continuous improvement of delivery and support operations, leveraging AI, automation, process optimization, and new operating practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI transformations and cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to operate with influence and leadership beyond formal hierarchy; strong vision and execution.
- Experience across Agile Operating Model, Engineering Quality & Testing, Production & Support.
- Strong collaboration with clients and internal teams including AI Transformation Program Manager.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.
