About this role

About the Role Engineering Lead Full Stack Engineer (Partner Ecosystem) to design and build a scalable platform for data partner integrations. You will report to the Head of Engineering and lead a rapidly expanding team, collaborating with engineers, designers, product managers, and third-party vendors to integrate data with Alloy's core product and marketplace experience. What You'll Do

  • Design and build a scalable platform that simplifies the creation/operation of hundreds of data partner integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and clients to gather requirements and co-create solutions, ensuring seamless integration of data within the core product and evolving marketplace.
  • Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features using TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6/React), Python (Django), Node.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
  • Craft high-quality, thoroughly-tested code that meets client requirements, ensuring robustness and reliability.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software with a track record of scalable solutions.
  • Experience maintaining and working with data integrations / external API sources.
  • Ability to steer technical projects (full-stack or backend), prioritize tasks, define requirements, and drive technical decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience leading engineering teams and fostering shared success.
  • Adaptability to evolving product landscape and strategic objectives.
  • Proficiency in client-side technologies (TypeScript, JavaScript ES6/React, HTML/CSS) and server-side Python (Django).
  • Practical experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL. Nice to Have
  • Experience in developer productivity domain and/or SDKs.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $198,000–$250,000 USD/year.
