Job title: Engineering Intern
About the Role Join E-One’s Operations Team as an Engineering Intern to help manage component and continuous improvement projects from CAD design through hands-on prototyping and testing in a high-velocity production environment. You will support ISO documentation updates, ERP-driven processes, and Lean initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency while maintaining product quality.
What You'll Do
- Manage component and continuous improvement projects for one of E/One’s Operations Team.
- Projects are designed and documented in CAD, verified with hands-on prototyping and testing, and implemented in a high-pace production environment throughout the co-op term.
- Support ongoing manufacturing efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One’s ISO Processes.
- Work in a fast-paced team environment to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously.
- Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E/One’s commitment to product quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Previous CAD experience required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 USD per hour.
- PTO: Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year.
