Job title: Engineering Intern
About the Role Join E/One's Operations Team as an Engineering Intern to manage component and continuous improvement projects, using CAD design, prototyping, and testing in a fast-paced production environment. This internship focuses on supporting ISO-compliant documentation, ERP processes, and Lean manufacturing initiatives during your co-op term.
What You'll Do
- Manage component and continuous improvement projects for E/One's Operations Team.
- Design and document projects in CAD; verify via hands-on prototyping and testing; implement in high-pace production environments throughout the term.
- Support manufacturing with documentation updates and finalization within ISO processes.
- Work in a fast-paced team to identify, execute, and lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP system management.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while upholding E/One's commitment to product quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Previous CAD experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing and ISO processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 USD per hour.
