Qualifications

• Previous engineering, manufacturing, technical, or design experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred for many positions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional Engineer (PE), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other industry certifications welcomed for specialized opportunities
