What you’ll do

• As an Engineering / Design Manager in our Industrial Mechanical team based in Perth, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and design activities from concept through to delivery

• Manage engineering interfaces, priorities, and deliverables to achieve safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes

• Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, clients, contractors, and delivery partners

• Drive safety in design, technical assurance, engineering governance, and design review processes

• Resolve design issues and manage technical risks, engineering changes, and project constraints

• Build trusted client relationships and maintain clear, effective project communication

• What you’ll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally Mechanical Engineering, although broader backgrounds will be considered

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design on complex projects

• A project delivery focus with the ability to manage interfaces, priorities, risks, and technical outcomes

• Knowledge of safety in design, technical assurance, and engineering governance

• Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• A collaborative, practical approach to problem-solving and delivering impactful outcomes
