Engineering Department Manager / Engineering Supervisor
Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform regular inspections of the property’s mechanical systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on long-term projects, such as renovation and upgrades. Ensure compliance with all local safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Managements, or a related field (Preferred).
- Proven experience of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in Thai and English is required.
- 2 years at a similar position
