Job title: Engineering Data Analyst
About the Role Engineering Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. You’ll support process development initiatives and projects in your assigned area, help the Team Lead improve the performance of the Global Data Shared Services team, and ensure effective communication with all Business Partners and Stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Ensure governance of Orchestra and ServiceNow requests and maintenance in the ERP platform for Parts Material Master data.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, SOP updates, and completed tasks and control points per Business Process (BAU) in line with SLA.
- Support and recommend streamlined standard process improvements in alignment with Stakeholders.
- Participate in projects and new tool implementations based on Tibco EBX, supporting UAT.
- Prepare dashboards and audit summary reports for review.
- Train the team members and new joiners and help them get up to speed on BAU.
- Ability to challenge status quo & improve ways of working, results-driven, able to work independently.
- Be a good team player and display Alstom values.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Working hours will be from 7:30 AM until 8 PM, with requirement to start late and finish at 8 PM.
- PC literate (Microsoft Office tools); ERP usage.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to challenge status quo, be results-driven, and work independently; good team player aligned with Alstom values.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tibco EBX and data governance tools.
- Experience participating in UAT and tool implementation projects.
- Dashboard development experience.
- Familiarity with Global Data Shared Services and cross-functional collaboration.
