Job title: Engineering Co-op Intern (Quality/Manufacturing)
About the Role The co-op student will work on projects and will have responsibilities to supplement their knowledge and experience in the Engineering field. The projects and assignments will become increasingly challenging with each subsequent rotation. Our goal is to provide an effective learning experience.
What You'll Do
- Work on engineering projects and assignments to supplement knowledge and gain experience.
- Participate in rotating assignments with increasing levels of challenge.
- Identify and recommend process improvements in quality and/or manufacturing engineering.
- Contribute to achieving performance goals with progressively increasing responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree and seeking a co-op/internship in quality or manufacturing engineering.
- Interest in process improvement, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to progressively increasing responsibilities; good communication and collaboration skills.
