Job title: Engineering Assistant, Quality
About the Role Primarily responsible for driving effective Corrective Action plans within the Quality Department. Enable root-cause analysis of customer returns and field failures through facilitated sample analysis and problem-solving. Coordinate cross-functional technical analysis and clearly communicate results to customers; support Quality Engineer with product launches and line sustaining.
What You'll Do
- Drive effective Corrective Action plans for the Quality Department.
- Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers to identify causes of field failures and customer dissatisfaction.
- Coordinate technical analysis by cross-functional teams and communicate results to customers.
- Support Quality Engineer in product launches and line sustaining.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quality management with corrective action and root-cause analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to facilitate analysis of returned products and field failures.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical analyses and communicating with customers.
