About the Role The Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Test will support the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment at BorgWarner's Singapore Plant. This role aims to minimize downtime by ensuring equipment reliability and effective collaboration with operators, supervisors, and support groups.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with production operators/supervisors and support groups
- Maintain and control of equipment spare parts
- Perform Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of production equipment on time
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment to minimize downtime
- Support Production rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Provide engineering support
