About the Role We are recruiting across the Engineering and Maintenance teams at PGMS Royston to support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our high‑tech manufacturing processes. This role contributes to Johnson Matthey's mission in sustainable technologies and net-zero ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Engineering opportunities, Maintenance tasks, and Controls Systems Engineering across the department.
- Work in a collaborative, safety‑focused manufacturing environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Address technical problems, support project work, and ensure reliable plant performance while maintaining high safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive efficient operations.
