Section: Responsibilities
- Manage daily engineering and maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Lead equipment troubleshooting and breakdown recovery.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and work permits.
- Supervise machine installations, modifications, upgrades, repairs, and commissioning.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections in line with HSE requirements.
- Ensure maintenance work meets engineering and production standards.
- Prepare engineering reports and improvement recommendations with the HOD Engineering.

- 7–10 years’ engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing or the chemical industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- NSE or COREN preferred.
- HSE Level 3.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering is an added advantage.
