what you'll do
- work directly with customers to understand how they work and get them set up
- build integrations, prototypes, and custom setups on top of our products
- own each deployment from the first call to a working install
- bring what you learn in the field back to the product team
you
- solid engineering fundamentals, comfortable shipping production code
- enjoy talking to customers and turning their problems into working software
- resourceful when the path isn't laid out
- customer-facing engineering experience is a plus
