What you can look forward to as Engineer/ Senior engineer (m/f/d):
- Understanding of Product drawing. Special process like Phosphating, Powder coating, Anodizing, IMP – Process monitoring ETP operation monitoring. Hazardous waste handling and Monitoring. Chemical handling Environmental Compliance adherence. Develop Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram),PFMEA, Control Plan and Work instructions Capacity enhancement, Couple / Decouple operations for maximum VA. New Machine selection, New chemical introduction and Prove out in line Perform product validation. Solving of perineal Quality issues in ongoing Special process Proving of Special process thru capability (MSA). Line balancing, MSD and Manpower optimization Establish Lean Equipment Specification. S
