In This Role, Your

Responsibilities

Will Be:

• Perform incident management for all quality-related claims received globally.
• Prepare resolutions for quality-related claims that is beneficial to both business and customer.
• Gather information needed for a successful project management of the team.
• Generate reports of high value to the organization that drive results.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering degree.

• 2-3 years of experience in a position with customer interface.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
