Job Responsibilities

In the position of ENGINEER, F16 ME DIR IR, you will:

• Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions to improve the performance and reliability of our products.
• Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to determine efficient build strategies.
• Apply proven methodologies to ensure flawless execution of engineering projects.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation to compete at a world-class level.
• Lead and contribute to ambitious projects aimed at continuous improvement and innovation.
• Analyze data and metrics through AI-Enabled to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines throughout the engineering process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• A proven track record of leading projects and delivering results.
• Experience with industry-standard engineering tools and software.
