Your tasks
- Administration and support of client security solutions
- Implementation of client cleanup and optimization measures
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of client issues
- Review, maintenance, and further development of Tosca test cases
- Conducting and evaluating client performance tests
- Maintenance and updating technical documentation
- Support and monitor application control
Your Profile
- Work Experinces - 7 - 8 Yers.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, Windows registry concepts, Strong analytical and technical skills,
- IT security awareness, working knowledge on endpoint antivirus like CrowdStrike, windows defender. Microsoft O365, ITIL process awareness, working knowledge of ticketing tools like Ivanti, service now.
- BMC remedy, Scripting language like PowerShell, vbscript, Shell scripting, etc. (added advantage).
