About this role
About the Role CNH Driveline is reinforcing the focus to excellence in AG/CE Mechanical Transmissions (Driveline/Axle). In this spirit, we are looking for a talented engineer, expected to be referent for driveline NVH and dynamics. The position requires involvement across different product families, from design to support product manufacturability and testing. What You'll Do
- Perform system analysis and design of driveline components (gears, bearings, splines, and shafts).
- Perform system-level durability simulation and optimization.
- Perform system-level dynamic and NVH analysis.
- Manage all NVH activities related to tractor transmissions.
- Develop advanced NVH methods and tools, and integrate them into the transmission product development (PD) process.
- Build and consolidate deep technical expertise in CNH transmission systems.
- Contribute to technical feasibility studies and concept design of mechanical transmission components.
- Analyze field data to define new transmission load spectra.
- Drive the standardization of simulation methods across EMEA, NAR, and APCA plants.
- Ensure consistency between virtual and physical results, advancing the shift toward a virtual-first approach.
- Conduct design optimization to meet platform requirements, for both new products and products already on the market.
- Work closely with the Testing department to ensure correct test conditions and to carry out simulation and correlation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of the technical data generated throughout the simulation phases, in line with engineering policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and provide recommendations through the analysis, preparation, and presentation of technical data to the extended team.
- Share engineering knowledge and promote open, cross-functional dialogue. What We're Looking For
- Master/PhD degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Min 3-4 years of working experience on transmission simulation.
- Good level English, written and oral.
