About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is collaborating with client TechMahindra to help attract and place top tech talent in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office as defined by each manager/area/project, and occasional on-site sessions for planning, refining, or training (these periods can last up to a week). Some arrangements may require on-site in the first week. In the future, clients may choose 100% onsite arrangements. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with client teams to understand hiring needs for technology profiles, including IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Support talent attraction strategies and build candidate pipelines for technical roles.
- Participate in planning and refinement sessions and coordinate with managers for on-site days when required.
- Partner with VALCE and client stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment solutions. What We're Looking For
- Interest in technology consulting and talent solutions for engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model with periodic in-person sessions as defined by leadership.
- Some exposure to IT, software development, cybersecurity, or project management is advantageous. Nice to Have
- Experience in technology-focused recruitment or engineering talent acquisition is a plus.
