Job Description

• Participate in engineering projects related to product evaluation, testing, validation, and certification.
• Conduct technical evaluations, data analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Support laboratory testing, report generation, and documentation preparation.
• Assist in identifying technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Candidates from Project 985/211 universities or with overseas study experience are preferred.
• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrochemistry, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or other related disciplines.
• Strong interest in engineering, technology, and innovation, with a solid technical foundation.
• Proficient in English communication and technical reading/writing. CET-4 is required; CET-6 is preferred.
