About the Role Join Atlassian as an engineer to help build AI with the highest degrees of trust for customers, including those that make up 80% of the Fortune 500. You’ll begin your journey with TEAM Camp, Atlassian’s engineer-led onboarding in your first month, gaining hands-on experience and connecting with your cohort. As an Atlassian engineer, you’ll work on AI initiatives like Rovo, designed to connect, contextualize, and coordinate work across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and our cloud platform so AI becomes a true teammate for teams and customers.
What You'll Do
- Solve interesting problems on Atlassian products used by 300,000+ customers worldwide.
- Help build AI capabilities (Rovo) that connect Jira, Confluence, Loom, and our cloud platform, enabling AI to be a true teammate for teams.
- Collaborate in an open, collaborative engineering culture with shared decision-making, and participate in events like weekly demo trains and the biannual ShipIt hackathon alongside 2,000+ Atlassians.
- Embrace Atlassian’s culture of innovation and developer joy, learning new skills and shaping the tools that millions of teams rely on.
